The Princess and the Frog DVD


Disney’s The Princess and the Frog moves the classic fairy tale to snazzy 1920s New Orleans. Tiana, the first African-American Disney heroine, is not a princess, but a young woman who hopes to fulfill her father’s dream of opening a restaurant that serves food that will bring people from all walks of life together. A series of wishes, kisses and voodoo spells sets the story in motion and introduces Tiana and her frog prince to three supporting characters: a jazz-playing alligator, a Cajun firefly and 197-year-old voodoo priestess named Mama Odie. Backed by traditional animation and an amazing score, this crew will mystify viewers of all ages.
