My sweet tooth was certainly awakened when I read about Cookie Butter over at Oh Joy! Trader Joe’s true delight is described as Christmas in a jar! Inspired by the Dutch Speculoos spread, it has the look and consistency of peanut butter but tastes like gingerbread biscuits in a spreadable form. Mmmm. Source
